About me

In the most simplistic manner, life has a tendency to produce uncertain situations that divert our attention and challenges those of us with the best of intentions. Often times, as adults with professional careers, families, and home commitments, we are left contemplating (or second guessing) our role and purpose in life. Too often, individuals are left with the aching pit in their stomach, the feelings of rejection, and the

fear of the unknown; however, despite such feelings, we press on because cognitively, our thinking has been programmed to fight through the nuances of life!

As such, with all of life’s pressures, adults need respite and outlets for support to assist with the day-to-day demands of their reality! As a Therapist I know firsthand what happens when paralyzing emotions lead to unintended behaviors, which take control of our lives. Unfortunately, we create conflicts in the varying relationships in our lives such as our marriages, personal friendships, and familial dynamics to name a few.

MY AIM  is to help individuals undo the effects of fear, sadness, anxiety, and trauma. I do this by providing a “safe-space” where my words, tools, and techniques offer solace that can help individuals face their challenges with dignity and pride. More specifically, as an on-line mental health service provider, I provide assistance in the following areas:

  • Counseling for Anxiety
  • Counseling for Depression
  • Caregiver Support
  • Christian Counseling
  • Grief and Bereavement Counseling Family Counseling
  • Counseling for Trauma
  • Therapy for the Therapist Women’s Issues
  • Marriage and couples counseling AND MORE
